Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method (net of any winnings generated), and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by law.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on bc55. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any bonus funds, and may result in forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. 3.4 Geographic Restrictions. bc55 is operated for the benefit of Malaysian players. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of bc55 services complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. bc55 may restrict or deny access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. 3.5 KYC Verification. bc55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon detection of unusual account activity. 4.1 Member Responsibility. 4.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Shared Devices. Members are strongly advised not to use the "Remember Me" session feature on shared or public devices. bc55 is not liable for account access by third parties resulting from a Member's use of shared devices or failure to log out after a session.
Security Alert: bc55 will never send unsolicited communications requesting your login credentials, payment card details, or bank account information. If you receive such a request purportedly from bc55, do not respond and contact our support team immediately to report the communication.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bc55 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and other payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment instrument.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must be processed to the same payment instrument used for deposit (the "source of funds" principle) unless that instrument is unavailable, in which case bc55 may request alternative verification before processing to a different channel. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
5.4 Processing Timelines. bc55 aims to process withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, high-volume periods, or where additional verification is required. bc55 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, third-party payment processor fees, if any, are the Member's responsibility.
5.5 Funds Verification. bc55 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on deposits or withdrawal requests that exceed thresholds established under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks. Members may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation may result in delayed processing or account restriction pending review.
5.6 No Third-Party Funding. Members must not deposit funds from accounts, cards, or wallets registered to third parties. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the Member's account may be restricted pending investigation.
6.1 Promotion Eligibility. All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by bc55 are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

7.4 Incomplete Events. For sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or otherwise incomplete, bc55 will settle bets in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and the terms of the specific market. 7.5 Winnings Settlement. Winnings from settled bets and completed casino games will be credited to the Member's Wallet balance promptly upon settlement. The settlement timeline depends on the game type and data feed latency for sporting events. bc55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party data providers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bc55 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

10.1 Ownership. 11.2 Service Availability. bc55 provides its services on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. bc55 shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, technical failures, or events beyond bc55's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages or internet service provider failures.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the extent that bc55 is found liable for direct damages, bc55's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim shall not exceed the amount of real money deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Indemnification. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless bc55, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the Member's breach of these Terms & Conditions or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12.1 bc55's Right to Suspend. bc55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, where bc55 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or where suspension is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
12.2 Member's Right to Close. Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bc55 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of a Member Account — whether voluntary or imposed — all licences granted to the Member under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately terminate. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation (rather than permanently terminated), bc55 will endeavour to complete its review and communicate an outcome to the Member within 10 business days. During a suspension, all account functionality including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering will be disabled.
bc55 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter a Member's rights or obligations — bc55 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the Member's registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
For non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographical corrections, or changes required to comply with applicable law on an expedited basis), bc55 may update the Terms & Conditions with immediate effect and will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.
If a Member disagrees with any amendment, they may close their Account and withdraw any verified real-money balance before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of bc55 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bc55's operating jurisdiction. 14.2 Dispute Resolution. 14.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be as specified by bc55's operating jurisdiction.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.5 Entire Agreement.
